IT Level 2 Help Desk

Location: Louisville, KY 40202

Duration: 12 months Contract (with possible extension)

We're seeking an experienced IT Level 2 Help Desk professional to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring minimal service interruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and data center health
• Take corrective action to address alerts and resolve technical problems
• Record and maintain client incidents using tracking software
• Research and maintain standard operating procedures
• Recommend and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Associate degree in IT or CompTIA A certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or related field
• Strong PC and network troubleshooting skills in an enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 4 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts
• Relevant certifications (HDI-SCA, Google Developers, Google IT Professionals)
• Expertise in Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
• Experience with remote network access, VPN, VDI, and RSA security products
• Mobile device and wireless troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of data center applications and monitoring tools
