Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM [Friday-Sunday]
Contract Duration: 06 Months [Temp-To-Hire]
Job Description:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance in large industrial buildings, healthcare facilities, or manufacturing environments.
- Diagnose issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, conducting necessary repairs or coordinating with specialized contractors when needed.
- Monitor and adjust HVAC systems to maintain appropriate climate control and energy efficiency within the facility.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and other related equipment in large facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions to ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments like hospitals or manufacturing plants.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on facility infrastructure, including electrical systems, lighting, doors, windows, and other building components.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of production lines, medical devices, or other critical systems within the facility.
