Responsibilities:
1. Quarterly Reporting:
- Prepare Summary Fund Report (SFR) and Quarterly Investor Report (QFR), updating fund performance and investor letters.
- Facilitate communication with the investment team to gather portfolio company data for quarterly updates.
- Coordinate review processes with fund administration and governance entities.
- Manage the dissemination of reports internally and to outsourced investor services teams.
2. Quarterly Investor Calls:
- Schedule quarterly investor calls and distribute call details.
- Develop talking points for investor update calls.
3. Fundraising / Marketing Support:
- Update pitchbook with quarterly performance updates and other relevant content.
- Maintain Offering Memorandum supplements with latest performance and investment information.
- Assist with prospective investor due diligence questionnaires and other diligence requests.
4. Valuation Process:
- Collect and consolidate information from the team for the valuation process.
5. Annual Meeting / Investor Advisory Committee Meetings:
- Assist in the generation of invite lists and distribution for annual meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for bi-annual Investor Advisory Committee meetings, including venue arrangements and materials preparation.
6. Additional Attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hybrid Role: On-site presence required 4x a week.
