Compunnel Inc. is Hiring a Material Handler Near Lewisberry, PA
As a Merchandiser, you will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieving products from the backs of stores, and ensuring that products are both fresh and attractive to customers.
The Merchandiser work schedule is based on customer requirements.
This includes weekend and holiday work in all weather conditions.
ResponsibilitiesDriving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while on the clock)
Check-in and out with manager on duty
Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products
Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
Assist in the assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays
The accurate, fast-paced, picking of customer orders assuring the correct item, lot number, and quantity are assembled to meet the customer order requirements.
The preparation of orders for shipment in a customer-friendly manner. This may include the accurate checking of each carton and the packing of material into boxes containers and pallets assuring the appropriate protection of our products and shipment modes are used to assure they are received by our customers according to our standards of care meeting our product and customer requirements.

Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent,
Basic computer skills
Minimum of two years’ experience in a general warehousing or manufacturing environment
Good attendance record and a commitment to working as part of a team
