Job Title:- Physical Therapist- Inpatient
Job Location:- 5000 KY-321, Prestonsburg, KY, 41653
Job Type:- Contract/Temp.
Duration:- 13 weeks (with possibility of extension)
Shift/Hours:- 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/ week
***Pay-Package: $2560/Weekly ($1120 Stipend $1440 on W2)***
Job Description:
- Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions.
- Create personalized treatment plans.
- Guide patients through exercises and therapies.
- Educate patients on home care and prevention.
- Track progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Will cover IP Acute care/ SNF and LTACH.
- IMPORTANT- Orientation is bi-weekly. RN must reside 100 miles from the facility to be considered.
Job Requirements:
- KY License
- BLS and ACLS Certifications required
- Must have 2 plus years of Inpatient PT experience in an acute care setting.
- Must be fully vaccinated
