Title: Salesforce Developer- W2 Role

1) Admin (Development) certification required, 2 are ideal

2) Salesforce CRM Development experience

3) Configuration, Apex programming (needs to be able to build components using Apex lightning frameworks – Aura and LWC).

4) Salesforce API integration experience (Needs to have knowledge of RESTful API and micro services development)

5) Agile environment

6) Strong communication skills

• Master’s in computer science or related major with 4 years of CRM Development.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer
• Experience with Salesforce Communities or Marketing Cloud is preferred
• AWS certification would be preferred
• Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
• Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform
• Experience crafting Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development standard methodologies.
