JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performs data entry, queries, and reports in Microsoft Access, Railroad Commission On-Line Databases, and internal excel spreadsheets.
- Updates Customer Information System in SAP for meter transactions on customer accounts.
- Utilizes Work Manager and Mobile Data to release, schedule, and coordinate work orders to appropriate crews based on customer need by dates and crew availability.
- Communicates and coordinates between Construction Managers, Planners, Engineers, Construction Coordinators and the Crews to assure that work orders and design orders are scheduled to accommodate customer need by dates.
- Dispatch orders by means of routing and scheduling all work orders to Gas Troubleman via Mobile Data.
- Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions and other business-related events.
- Works various work schedules including a rotating evening shift.
- After hours work may be required.
Must Haves:
- 6 months experience in construction practices, capable of reading job designs in MicroStation and GIS, experience with Work Manager, Mobile Data with knowledge of dig tess.
- High School Diploma, SAP knowledge, Valid class C Texas driver's license
