Job Description:-

We are searching for a Senior Software Developer to evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes.

Candidate will architect solutions, design and develop new applications and enhancements.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes.
• Architect solutions, design and develop new applications and enhancements to client's Immunization registry and Communicable Disease Surveillance System .
• Identifying the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the department’s architectural goals.
• Architect scalable systems for Java/Spring based applications .
• Responsible for full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering, design through development, implementation, rollout and maintenance of new and existing applications.
• Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks.

What You'll Need

• Required:
• 5 years experience with Reactive micro-services , Traditional ESB orchestrated SOA, Staged Event-driven Messaging Architecture (SEDA) Cloud-enabled Distribute .
• 8 years experience JAVA, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Script, JavaScript and Python .
• 8 Years experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems .
• 8 Years experience with Spring and Angular Framework .
• 8 Years experience with Docker and Kubernetes with AWS .
• 8 Years experience with Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat and IIS .
• 3 Years experience using GIT, Maven, Jenkins and ANT .
• Understand government business process and operations, including familiarity with HIPAA regulations .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs by facilitating brainstorming sessions with health professionals.
• Strong knowledge of web programming specifics and experience in building web-based applications.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Ability to analyze or recommend commercially available software or other IT architectural components.
• Ability to prioritize work and establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of team members.
• Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team.
• Develop contingency plans as necessary. - Manage requirement gathering and change management process.
• Execution of all responsibilities with little direct supervision.

Preferred:

• 1 Years experience with Frameworks such as Hibernate, Drools and Apache Spark .
