Job Responsibilities:

• As a member of the strategy and operations team covering digital ordering products, you will hit the ground running, supporting active engagements with restaurant brands who are in the process of adopting these online ordering products.
• To keep our knowledge of restaurant capabilities fresh, you will maintain a database of online ordering offerings by brand, helping to inform us of our lead list for these products.
• You will help create go-to-market materials, aimed at educating our internal stakeholders on our online ordering products, empowering them to sell these products to restaurants.
• You will document processes required to execute the activation of these products for those restaurants who adopt our online ordering solutions.
• You will act as a project manager for restaurant activations, supporting internal teams with these activation efforts within our Salesforce tool.
• You will provide Q&A type support to our internal teams when questions arise and/or troubleshooting is required to unblock an issue related to our online ordering products. We’re excited about you because…
• You have 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher (or commensurate work experience) You have project management and/or analytical experience and are comfortable getting to the lowest level of detail to solve problems
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are proficient in SQL (query building), Sigma (report building), and Air table
