Computer Information Concepts is Hiring an Office Specialist Near Greeley, CO

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and multitasking individual to join our Administration Team in our Greeley, CO office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments as needed
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
