This IT Systems Analyst / .NET Software Systems Developer position participates in all relevant Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), and change management activities including the overall service delivery and customer satisfaction of the business users. Communication and analytical skills are a key theme to being successful in this role.

The IT Systems Analyst / .NET Software Systems Developer will work effectively with a team; maintain ownership for specific system function(s) and/or set of business users, facilitate communications between the business. Candidate will assume some routine administrative tasks and will periodically be expected to make independent decisions.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support business applications by troubleshooting issues, analyzing possible cause, defining solutions, and working through defined change control processes to enable quick resolution.
• Work directly with end users and business analysts to understand new/changing business requirements and functional enhancements as requested.
• Develop technical specifications, develop and/or test new solutions in support of business requirements.
• Facilitate and coordinate end user support by timely acknowledgement and completion of initial bug triage and assessments.
• Acquire and maintain system and business knowledge needed to support both end users and other internal or external technical teams.
• Support custom interfaces, system enhancements and ETL processes as required.
• Support a large installed base of existing stored procedures, and views.
• Support Dev server, Test server and UAT server environments by deploying patches, running tests, developing environment management automation scripts.
• Participate in large IT projects when needed.
• Participate in rotational shift for after-hours business support and/or technical maintenance.

The prospective candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Attained a bachelors of science, or bachelors in information systems, computer information systems (CIS), or management information systems (MIS) from an accredited institution in Engineering, Computer Science or CIS/MIS.
• Self-motivated team player with strong analytical problem solving skills.
• Brings a commitment to quality and customer service, while communicating with the business users.
• 5 years of experience database development and analysis (SQL Server TSQL and/or Oracle PL/SQL).
• 3 years of experience developing C# / .NET, preferably in web, javascript, ASP.NET Core.
• 2 years of experience developing JavaScript/Angular, or other JS frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Especially needed during meetings with business users.

We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst / .NET Software Systems Developer with three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in a similar capacity, however this is a Mid-level Role / therefore, the maximum number of years of experience for the most qualified candidate is estimated to be under eleven (11) years of experience. The qualified candidate hired will have significant database development experience with either SQL Server TSQL or Oracle PL/SQL.

Hourly Rate: $60.00 to $73.00 / hour w-2 employment
