CTMS is a Managed Service Provider located in Akron, Ohio. We are seeking a Title Clerk to provide internal training and support for service contract customers on our electronic titling platform in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area. Title Clerk candidates must have vehicle title and registration knowledge and experience; and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge is a plus.

This is a work from home role; however, this role requires candidates to live in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area, as some travel to clients may be required.

The salary range for the Title Clerk role is $44,000-$47,000, commensurate with experience, skills and notary status.

Title Clerk Job Requirements:

Basic Function/Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must. Candidates must be comfortable and excellent at communicating with clients via phone, email, video or in person.
  • Learn Company Title & Registration Platform
  • Able to present Title Software Demonstrations
  • Handle support requests, calls and/or emails.
  • Clearly communicate with customers on known issues and future features.
  • Process Enrollment applications. (app, county, state, dealer management system, etc..).
  • Communicate with team on technical issues and features.
  • Be present at Demo presentations when requested.

Other Title Clerk Job Mandatory Requirements:

  • Ohio Title & Registration Knowledge
  • Able to follow process with online applications, creating customers, adding new dealerships, reports.
  • Submit applications to the county & state, and follow dealer management system syncing process
  • Relay all information to customer
  • Have excellent knowledge with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Great communication skills and must be able to travel if necessary
  • Able to do EZ-ETITLE Demos (You must have title and registration knowledge )
  • Remote (teams or other) and in person
  • Able to modify PDF documents

Title Clerk Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, and/or have a valid permit to work in the United States.
