A role you will loveAs a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for helping ensure we deliver changes effectively & efficiently, making sure we understand the risk of failure and mitigate the risk of production issues occurring.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Work with business to create & maintain a suite of regression tests for Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP & EPM
- Coordinate automated regression test creation & execution - working with internal teams & 3rd parties
- Coordinate improvement plans for any production issues caused by change delivery
- Support the team to help embed & improve processes to improve quality & efficiency of change delivery
- Support business stakeholders & help develop business test capabilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to testing activities
Other Key Skills Required For The Role Include
- 3 years technical experience in a Test Analyst/Quality Engineer role
- Strong knowledge and experience in industry standard software testing techniques & tools including best practices of testing in an agile environment
- Able to manage positive and effective negotiations with stakeholders
- Quality focused
- Motivated and pragmatic
- Logical problem solver
