Title: Junior Account Manager
Location: Parsippany, NJ 07054
Duration: 6 months contract.
Overview
The Junior Account Manager will serve as the secondary liaison between multiple segments of internal customers (i.e. Commercial Marketing, Residential Marketing, Partner Programs). This position will manage the flow of projects, from inception to completion ensuring all projects are handled in a timely and accurate fashion. The Junior Account Manager will influence, coordinate, and facilitate intra-departmental communication / cooperation as needed in an effort to keep the Account Manager and/or Creative Operations Manager apprised of the status of assigned projects.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
100% Monitor, oversee and facilitate the flow of assigned projects and ensure that they stay on schedule, including the coordination of intra-departmental activities to meet customer demands.
Input and manage project data within Workfront database
Facilitate timely and accurate communication with stakeholders regarding project status
Ensure projects remain on schedule through guidance, collaboration, and influence of other project team members
Partner closely with our internal design team to assure accurate transition of data
Facilitate final project approval with all necessary stakeholders.
