We are seeking an experienced OEM Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability for our OEM business. The OEM Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing programs that support our OEM partners and drive demand for our products.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM products for speedy upload and optimal web presentation
• Develop OEM relationships to fill the gap in our company's offerings
• Create web content and marketing campaigns to drive the sales of OEM products
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability for our OEM business
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing programs that support our OEM partners and drive demand for our products
• Develop and manage marketing budgets and forecasts
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the OEM market
• Develop and maintain relationships with key OEM partners
• Collaborate with product management to develop and launch new products and solutions
• Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns to drive new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and white papers
• Manage, execute, and attend trade shows and events
• Manage existing distribution channels
• Help develop and maintain distribution channels
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong scientific knowledge and background are a must!
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline with good knowledge of molecular biology . Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
• 3 years of marketing or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
• Good understanding of molecular biology techniques (Clones, cloning, PCR, CRISPR, Lentivirus technology) and their applications.
• Strong understanding of the OEM market and customer needs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing tactics and practices. Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus.
• Excellent English writing, speaking, and proofreading skills are essential.
• Must be a team player with the ability and desire to collaborate with diverse staff and support customers.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft software (word processing, email, spreadsheet, database,
