Cable Connections is an industry leader in manufacturing specialized cable assemblies and custom wire harnesses for a wide range of markets. We provide high-quality, reliable products that are built right and delivered in a timely manner, and have been doing so for more than a twenty-five years!
The Technical Services Manager is a full-time, exempt position for the right management-level candidate. The Technical Services Manager is responsible for fostering continuing growth, the development and improvement of people, and the development of processes and service offerings that improve both responsiveness and customer satisfaction in the Technical, Quality, Process Engineering and Quote Departments.
A Bachelor's Degree along with ten (10) years of successful supervisory experience in a contract manufacturing or related environment with both production and quality expertise, or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience. People who are skilled and experienced in positive supervision, manufacturing process management, lean principles, ISO, AS9100, REACH, RoHS compliance, ERP database management, and MS Office applications bring preferred skills and qualifications to this position.
