The Contingent Change Management Engineer serves as Administrative Support to the Change Management Engineer (CME) as the CME is the air traffic controller of all changes coming into the Manufacturing/Production world, assuring that everything is complete, concise and parts are here to seamlessly incorporate the change into Operations. It is a cross functional position with knowledge of the transition of an Engineered Design into Manufacturing Documentation and Processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The main responsibility for the person in this role is to support the Change Management Engineer in their day-to-day activities. Those activities involve the following, mainly:

• Creating change notice tasks
• Updating and maintaining the controlled copy log
• Executing manufacturing bill of material updates
• Costing requests
• Metrics reporting for change management

o Example: OCO (Operations Change Order) status (weekly, monthly, yearly)

• The creation and management of written change management procedures
• And other supporting tasks for the Change Management Engineer

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
• Experience with SAP-MBP, Windchill, familiarity with Bill of materials, Planning, and Change Management in an Operations/Factory environment is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing document requirements
• Clearly communicate problems to appropriate personnel/departments/functions and aid in the resolution of the issue
• Broad understanding of business systems, organizational culture, and behaviors
• Treat unexpected circumstances as opportunities to learn and adopt new techniques
• Respond effectively to unpredictable or unexpected events

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
