Position : Tax ProfessionalLocation : Malvern, PA 19355Duration : 3 Months Description : ResponsibilitiesAssisting with all US domestic and international income tax matters, including data gathering, research and analysis of applicable tax laws, and ensuring company compliance with tax reporting / filing requirementsPrepare and submit income tax provisionPrepare and analyze general ledger tax account reconciliationsAbility to assist in the preparation of complex federal, state and local income / franchise tax returns, including quarterly estimated tax paymentsBuild and maintain customer relations and provide support to various Business units and other departments across the companyAbility to improve existing processes and approaches Required Knowledge / Skills and ExperienceDegreed accountant with a minimum of three years of public accounting income tax experience at a mid to large public accounting firm.

Strong analytical and research skillsProven written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate and present complex concepts or issuesProficiency with tax compliance and provision software;
