Role: Financial Analyst

Job Description:

• Investigate, analyze and prepare financial and business information representing limited phases of financial operations in support of various functional groups.
• Assist in the compilation and preparation of reports, graphs and forecasts, and the analysis of trends affecting various financial activities.
• Provide financial information and analyses for a specific section of the organization, as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end close process, perform account analysis, prepare and validate journal entries
• Reconcile the Purchasing receipts to Accounts Payable ledgers
• Review, edit and ensure accurate Accounts Payable data
• Reconcile assigned Balance Sheet Accounts
• Maintain the capital expenditure spending reports

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related fields is required with a minimum of 1-3 years of Financial Accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, experience with SAP and Infor LX systems or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
