Job Description:

• The Analyst, RGM is responsible for supporting the Mass/Club/Dollar/Discount/Ecomm sales teams with pricing and trade optimization.
• The individual is passionate about delivering insights, has data and mathematical acumen, and ideally possesses an understanding of CPG business drivers.
• The team member is a results-oriented individual who can execute a long-term strategy while simultaneously supporting ad-hoc requests.
• The team member will be responsible delivering data-driven insights to the business, collaborates with and listens carefully to business partners, and can incorporate business knowledge into deriving an optimized proposition.
• This individual is data curious, financially rigorous, and business savvy.
• The individual isn’t afraid to ask great questions or put forward novel ideas as they seek to improve business performance.

Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Analytics, Economics, Business, or another related field)
• 0 to 2 years of work experience
• CPG experience preferred
• Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with Sales data (internal and syndicated) and Trade data preferred
• Detail oriented and inquisitive individual who enjoys data and working on a team
• Strong storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal)
• An understanding of retailer and manufacturer financials is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel as needed
