Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care, ensures exceptional experience, and exceeds at healthcare management.
• Monitors key clinical metrics for quality outcomes, manages clinicians and support staff for compliance, and implements changes for continuous improvement.
• Masters clinical systems for efficiency and compliance, drives patient and client experience metrics, and communicates with employers on new injuries and changes.
• Participates in meetings to improve quality and safety, maintains relationships with clients and payers, and manages staffing levels for optimal workflows.
• Leads collaboration within CLT for business outcomes, understands and contributes to financial drivers, and aligns center initiatives with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
• Medical Director experience
• Board certification / eligibility
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred; training available
• State licensure requirements; unrestricted DEA license required
• Eligibility for Medicare participation
