Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators and Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to support construction projects.

Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment including backhoes, water trucks, graders, loaders, and bulldozers.
- Perform tasks such as digging, grading, leveling, and paving to support construction activities.
- Conduct horizontal drilling operations as needed.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with expertise in backhoe, water truck, grader, bulldozer, and loader operation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Proficiency in horizontal drilling techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
