Client Engagement Manager – Overview:
Concertiv is hiring a Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to join our Client Engagement team reporting to the VP of Customer Success. The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves overseeing account management, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling partnering with our Sales and Client Success teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management.
