- Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation with thorough requirement analysis/information gathering.
- Deliver high-quality content that is technically accurate by ensuring effective reviews.
- Constantly engage with development teams and other customer-facing SMEs to develop user-interface documentation.
- Ability to work with limited supervision including: A little or no supervision in the pursuit of established goals and the resolution of complex issues as they arise.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology, tools, and processes.
- A strong team player as well as an individual contributor.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and complete the projects within deadlines.
Process Skills:
- A self-starter and a quick learner to adapt to tools and processes within a short-time period.
- Good command of English language with good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Suites, and/or Git/GitHub.
