Concierge Dental Group seeks a Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth within our rapidly expanding DSO.
This role is focused on developing business strategies and initiatives to grow individual practices in the group. We are not looking for a sales specialist, instead we are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading and managing teams remotely. Ideal for an intrapreneur, this position calls for someone who thrives on having the autonomy to analyze data and make key decisions on how best to alleviate the main constraints that are going to enable the practice to reach it’s goals. The position requires for you to have a proven track record in performing LMA (leadership, management, and accountability) that brings out the best in your team. About You:

Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus, but not a requirement. We're looking for transferable skills and unmatched zeal.
You possess a blend of strategic vision and practical execution skills.
You're an intrapreneur at heart, always looking for innovative ways to drive growth and efficiency.
You’re experienced and proficient delivering LMA (leadership, management and accountability).
You're skilled at inspiring others to achieve their best and you have experience doing it remotely
You have a proven track record of doing the above remotely.
What You'll Do:
Analyse data to identify constraints that are blocking the practice from achieiving it’s revenue targets
Work with the CEO to strategize and implement initiatives to significantly increase our patient base
Cultivate and manage key partnerships and relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Collaborate with our marketing team to craft compelling campaigns that speak to our target audience.
Lead, motivate, and develop our dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
