Position Summary
Assists management with developing reports in NetSuite and performs analytical activities that support Conco’s major business decisions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Developing monthly financial reports in NetSuite that provide analysis to company management 
• Analyzing, interpreting and communicating cost and expense variances to management
• Verifying cost allocations according to company procedures
• Performing financial analysis and modeling
• Assisting with the preparation of financial plans and budgets
• Working with accounting and finance departments
• Resolving workflow inefficiencies that arise when technical systems don't communicate well
Skills
• Working knowledge of NetSuite software to independently create reports for analysis
• Manage databases of financial records
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Use predictive planning, driver-based planning, and multi-scenario planning to create financial forecasts
• Consider economic and business trends

• Computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing software, and sophisticated financial analysis software

Qualifications

Experience & Education
• Must be authorized to work within the United States.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Physical Requirements
