Concord Family Dental is Hiring a Dental Insurance Coordinator Near Metairie, LA
We're looking for a confident, highly driven Insurance Coordinator to help our Team with a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, but must also be capable of performing well in a group setting. Must have attention to detail, strong customer service skills and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track claim submissions, follow ups and appeals.
- Provide customer service to customers and insurance representatives.
- Work with the front and back team members to provide exceptional care and comfort.
- Research dental procedures and costs for insurance purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour

- Insurance verification: 2 years (Preferred)
