As the Licensing Operations Associate , you will provide operational and informational support to the US Amateur, Professional and International Licensing teams. Additionally, this position will work to support the Senior Director of Licensing Operations and Director of Systems Operations. This position works under moderate supervision of the Senior Director.

What you'll do: Reporting, licensing administration, data management, training, software support

Outline of Specific Functions:

• Create, generate and distribute licensing reports for various departments & individuals
• Review, correct and maintain data in licensing systems
• Support on-going data initiatives with Finance, Publications and Operations departments
• Manage systems training for new licensing staff
• Collaborate with Operations team on licensing software support
• Assist with Quarterly Concert royalty processing from various systemRightsLine, NetSuite etc.
• Assist with Monthly Intercompany license processing from US Systems to UK Systems to NetSuite.
• Review and recommend updates to current processes and/or new processes in RightsLine, Salesforce, and the admin portals for Concordtheatricals.com and Concordtheatricals.co.uk to senior management.
• Assists in user authentication testing for new developments and releases
• Collaborate with Theatrical Business Affairs Team to complete customer Vendor Registration forms.
• Manage daily administrative tasks for Licensing departments
• Manage US musical rental material shipments.
• Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a licensing department required. Prior theatrical experience also preferred.
• Proficiency with Rightsline, Salesforce or similar licensing software required.
• Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office 365 required
• Quantitative/analytical skills required.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently as well as a collaborator for various projects required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Applicants must enjoy working as part of a motivated team and be willing to support other team members when help is needed.

This position is hybrid and is required to be in the New York Office 3 days week.

Salary Range: $58,000 - 63,000
