As the Senior Director, A&R you'll be responsible for identifying new talent for consideration for signing to the Concord Records roster. Working with designated artist on the current roster to oversee recordings, remixes, managing recording budgets.
What you’ll do:
The Senior Director Of A&R oversees working alongside the Label President to identify and sign talent to the label. Working to make sure all budgets are adhered to and that all production schedules and delivery dates are accomplished as directed by the label head and their plan for the year.
What you’ll need:
Salary Range: $105,000 - 125,000
*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
