Overview:The Project Manager will support Concordance's rapid growth, bringing our life-changing services to 40 centers by 2030. In this role, you'll assist with project management across the organization, ensure Concordance's policies and procedures are reviewed, current, and in-line with accreditation requirements, and coordinate achievement of goals in Concordance's annual operating plan and compliance with public grant funding.
Your role will involve:
- Managing internal projects, including tracking of deadlines and deliverables.
- Supporting the implementation of new Centers across the nation, with some travel required.
- Assisting with maintenance of all internal Concordance policies and procedures.
- Coordinating annual review and compliance for external accreditation.
- Assisting with development and achievement of the annual operating plan.
- Assisting with applications for and compliance with public grant opportunities.
- Passion for our mission and belief in the value of nonprofits as drivers of social justice, benefit, and change.
- Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly, both in written communications and public speaking presentations.
- High level of analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex situations and recommend innovative holistic next steps and solutions.
- Ability to manage project tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to synthesize and present research clearly and concisely
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of and experience with suitable mechanisms for communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, nonprofit operations, information management, business administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant and progressively responsible work experience in project management.
- Consulting experience, preferred
- Project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or CPMP, preferred
