Concordia Hospice of Washington seeking a full time Registered Nurse to care for and serve our patients in our Burgettstown service area.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care developed by the patient and/or family, physician and hospice team. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital).
