As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia.
Certified Nursing Assistants receive paid on-the-job training and flexible shifts available. Starting wage is $19.50/hour and $1.50/hour shift differentials offered for afternoon and midnight shifts and $1.00/hour shift differential for all weekend shifts. Full-time and part-time positions available and include an every other weekend rotation.
We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNA's and $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time Certified Nursing Assistants!
Qualifications of a Certified Nursing Assistants:

• Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide training program
• Current Nurse Aide license from Pennsylvania in good standing

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management,
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning,
• Documenting the care provided
• Providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book
• Answering resident call bells and responding to needs promptly.
