Job descriptionConcordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, RN for a full time position which will report into our Administrative office in Washington, PA.The Hospice Clinical Supervisor is a licensed Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing day to day patient care by assisting patients, caregivers/families, Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) members and health care providers involved in patient care.
