Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Dietetic Technician at Concordia Lutheran Ministries located in Monroeville, PA. The Registered Dietetic Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to dietetics, nutrition, food service, nutrition education, and clinical nutrition. They will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the dietary needs and goals of the residents are met.
Qualifications
- Dietetics and Nutrition skills
- Experience in food service and clinical nutrition
- Nutrition education knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Registered Dietetic Technician certification
- Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus
- DRT
