Compensation: $34 – $37 hourly / Full Benefits

Job Description: Procurement Analyst
We are seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 2-month project-based contract. You will be working with a Boston, MA based financial services company that uses blockchain technology for its peer-to-peer payments and cryptocurrency related products. This is a fully remote opportunity that can be done from any U.S. time zone.
Our organization is seeking a project-based Procurement Analyst to support our Procurement team with the creation of the Vendor Master, CLM migration effort, Suplari spend mapping needs, and training material collection and creation.
You will conduct thorough analyses of procurement data, match vendor records, find and analyze contracts, and perform spend mapping, as well as index training material.
What you will do:
  • Record matching & analysis
    • Identify and match procurement records
    • Verify and reconcile procurement documents and data across various systems to support master database.
  • Contract analysis
    • Find, review and analyze Vendor contracts to support migration to new Contact Lifecycle Management tool
    • Identify key terms, conditions, and dates in contracts.
  • Spend analysis
    • Conduct analysis on uncategorized spend and define categorization in system records
    • Develop and maintain spend reports and dashboards
    • Provide insights and recommendations on spend analys
  • Training material maintenance
    • Collect and index Zip training material
    • Create training materials as necessary
  • Participate in special projects, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as required by management
What you have:
  • 3 years of work experience in a high growth Procurement environment
  • Proficient in reviewing vendor contracts for key business terms
  • Must be proficient with G Suite and able to quickly adapt to other Finance and Accounting systems (i.e. Zip)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy
  • Familiar with Contract Management Lifecycle tools & Spend analytics tools (i.e. linksquares, Suplari)
  • Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies
  • Experience working in Financial Services (preferred)
