Junior Project Manager (All genders welcome!)DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH:
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen externen Partnern (Kunden, Agenturen, Dienstleistern) und internen Abteilungen (u.a. Sales, Art Department)
- Engagiert übernimmst Du die übergeordnete Steuerung der einzelnen Projekte und Projektstränge im Bereich der crossmedialen Vermarktungskampagnen und -produkten on- und offline im After-Sales-Prozess über alle Phasen
- Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört hierbei das Projekt-Setup von Branded Content Projekten inkl. Kalkulation (Budgetplanung und -kontrolle), Timing & Milestones (Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektzeitplänen)
- Monitoring über Einhaltung der Projektziele
- Enger Austausch mit den internen Performance-Teams für die Auswertung von digitalen Kampagnen u.a. Social Media Produkten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. fachspezifische Ausbildung im Bereich Producing, Werbung, BWL, Kommunikation oder ähnliches
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in einer Agentur oder Medienunternehmen
- Souveränes Auftreten in der Rolle als Schnittstellenfunktion und in der Zusammenarbeit mit B2B-Kunden
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
- Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamplayer mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
