Conditioned Air Corporation is Hiring an Experienced HVAC Service Technician Near Stafford, TX
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement HVAC system upgrades or modifications.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations when working with HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
- Geothermal heating and cooling
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields.
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R principles and practices.
- Ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC system components.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience as a van driver or mechanic is a plus.
- Familiarity with property maintenance is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week.
