Condominium Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking experienced maintenance technicians in Alexandria, VA for full residential renovations. This is not turnover or remodeling, this is full renovation. Up for the task? These positions are full-time weekdays with benefits.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance technician will be responsible for performing general unit renovations in a high rise condominium to include:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Drywall/framing
- Tiling/grout work
- Sign installation
- Litter removal
- Hauling
- Snow removal
- Lock and door repairs
- Leak detections
- General building maintenance tasks
We are looking for professionals that have the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or similar field
- Must have a driver's license & Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check.
Pay: $25-$34, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time (on call & overtime opportunities)
