Condor Security Consulting Inc is Hiring a Quality Control Specialist - Security Near Washington, DC

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all security-related paperwork and the proper handling and maintenance of weapons. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance within our organization. Seeking a candidate with a Minimum of 2years of experience in security scheduling or a similar role, managing shifts for a large team of over 100 personnel.
Key Responsibilities: 
● Paperwork Verification: 
● Review and verify the accuracy of all security documentation, 
including incident reports, logbooks, and access records. 
● Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. ● Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in documentation. 
● Weapons Inspection: 
● Conduct regular inspections of all weapons to ensure they are 
properly maintained and stored according to company policies and safety regulations. 
● Verify that all weapons are accounted for and properly logged. 
● Report any issues or discrepancies immediately to the Security Manager. 
● Compliance and Audits: 
● Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures. 
● Maintain accurate records of all inspections and audits conducted.
● Recommend improvements to security processes and procedures to enhance compliance and efficiency. 
● Training and Support: 
● Provide training and support to security personnel on proper 
documentation practices and weapon handling procedures. 
● Stay updated on the latest security regulations and best practices. 

Qualifications: 
● Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred. 
● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role, with a focus on quality control, compliance, or auditing preferred. 
● Skills: 
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. ● Proficiency in using security management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
● Certifications: Relevant certifications in security management, quality control, or weapons handling are a plus. 
● Other Requirements: 
● Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. 
● Physical ability to conduct inspections and handle weapons safely.
