Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm

Pay Range: $14.75- $16.50/hr

About the role

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks, such as mailroom sorting, machine operation, and pulling reports. You will be offered a competitive salary, benefits and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous mailroom and/or printing experience preferred
• Standing and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft products
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
• Receives, processes, and ensures document classification and elements are completed and transmitted to clients. Could also require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed.
• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing.
• Processes documents, print files and correspondence letters on high speed printing and inserting equipment. Printers are CANON and inserting equipment is KERN K3600s.
• Operate an intelligent automated inserter loading paper, envelopes and unloading mail output.
• Maintains minimum production and efficiency of completed products.
• Identifies documents and their purpose; creating a database of information.
• Classifies documents based on contract requirements.
• Captures information based on client requirements.
• Verifies data from automated data extraction tools.
• Ensures transmission of processed data to appropriate next level.
• Performs clerical task functions as needed
