As a System Support Analyst / IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day support of the NH Production and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment management. These environments needs continuous updates to nightly batch cycles, Keep the lights on tasks to upkeep and maintain the environments, following/ updating the processes to ensure compliance to deliverables to NH State, communication to the State on the Technical Change Requests for their timely approvals and implementation.

We need someone who can:

• Stage the Member files for UAT.
• Stage the Interface files for Production
• Move daily Outbound and Inbound Digital Harbor Screening files from landing zone to Share drive for Ops team
• Monitor all outbound files to make sure they have moved out- first thing in the morning.
• Check all inbound files to make sure they are coming in for nightly batch. These files come in at all different times. Starting from 7:30am through 9:45pm
• Technology Change Requests-TCRs. - Pick them up, ,proof screen them, Add TCRs to the tracker and Present to state for approval.
• Prepare approved TCR emails for Prod support; send out the Outstanding TCRs email thread.
• Process Ad-Hoc Request from the State to stage files, run jobs.
• New Heights and other Interfaces - Copy, Move files, and send validations to State SharePoint
• Digital Harbor compare report with what is in the landing zone before running the jobs. Copy, move files to designated area, currently Y drive: zip files, send out email.
• Help with Interfaces, communicating with the Vendors when we have missing files, etc.
• Production staging of monthly file. Example: DEA UC-PGM-REF-307-Informatica.cmj
• Monitor the Inbound and Outbound Files in production daily.
• Move files landing zones, SharePoint via email request.
• Move It Task - Manually move files when task is either disable and/or did not move on its own.
• Calendar Reminders: - Set up calendar reminders for all Capitation jobs in UAT and Production environments.
• IWA Batch Scheduling : coverage for all IWA issues Job failures, duplicate files in landing zone, missing files in the landing zone), Track job failures, report to the State
• IWA Special calendars need to update every November month for the following year.
• Keep track of 5 different monthly Capitation cycle and the defined steps in both UAT and Production environment.
• Visio: Anytime there are changes done in UAT and Production IWA jobs, the Visio diagrams that are in the States global artifacts need to be updated. The Master Visio flows can be updated only by system support team.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experience
• 3 years of experience in performing System support related functions in Production / Staging environments
• 2 years of user Experience in working with Batch job scheduling tools such as Control-M / IBM Workplace Automation (IWA) / equivalent tool.
• Working knowledge of creating Job flows with Microsoft Visio.
• Understanding of File Transfer tools such as MoveIT/ SFTP etc
• User level experience in using PUTTY / WS-FTP etc.
• Excellent Hands-on experience in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PPT etc
• Good working knowledge of Batch job scheduling in Production environment.
• Process oriented person who can stick on to the day-to-day tasks and within their stipulated timelines
• Should have good analytical and communication skills. Create any necessary documentation as part of the deliverables.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

• 3 years of experience in Control-M or IWA.
• Sound Healthcare domain knowledge.
• Good understanding of State Medicaid / Medicare programs
