$16.50/hr. 10% differential FT Benefits OT

Job Summary:

This position supports the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Wholesale Lockbox Department. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for receiving incoming mail, operating the automated MPS40 mail sorter, preparing mail for deliver to the appropriate areas within the lockbox department, and preparing outgoing packages daily. This is also considered a production-oriented position, which includes adherence to Client based service level agreement goals.

Primary Job Duties:

• Receive, scan, and sort incoming mail daily and priority, certified, express and FedEx packages a required
• Meet mail-out deadlines including reviewing rejects before mail-out
• Ensure the timely delivery and receipt of mail to processors on the production floor
• Set-up mail bins for mailroom incoming and outgoing accounts
• Sort and stage completed lockbox batches into the correct Client mail-out bin
• Insure that proper mail-out labels are printed and maintained
• Monitor mail deliveries from the post office and courier pick-ups for timeliness and ensure all required reports are completed daily.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on assigned equipment and escalate service issues to management as needed
• Assist with Document Imaging as needed
• Training and Cross training others as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 1 to 3 years of Lockbox experience or related experience
• Must have the basic skills to use a telephone. computer, fax and/or adding machine as needed
• Must be detail oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and accurately interpret information
• Must meet the physical demands of the job (constant: binding, lifting, twisting, turning, sitting and/or standing for long periods of time)
• Must have excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have experience working under strict deadlines in a production- oriented environment
