Shift Sunday- Thursday- 9PM-5:30AM

$16.50/hr. 10% differential FT Benefits OT

Job Summary:

This position supports the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Wholesale Lockbox Department. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for efficiently expediting work from and to various departments within lockbox in order, and image all documents received from the production floor. In addition, this position is considered a production-oriented role and as a result, your performance will primarily be assessed based on your ability to help the department achieve its overall Client based service level agreement goals

Primary Job Duties :

• Efficiently image documents received from the production floor with a high level of quality using the Opex Falcon
• Conducts quality checks of all batches received from the production floor (1^st and Last process)
• Assist in researching and identifying the root cause regarding errors
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
• Escalate service issues to management as needed
• Ensure all required quality control measures are followed
• Cross training others as needed
• Additional duties as assigned Primarily the Mailroom

Required Qualifications :

• Must have 1 to 3 years of Lockbox experience or related experience
• Must have the basic skills to use a telephone. computer, fax and/or adding machine as needed
• Must be detail oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and accurately interpret information
• Must meet the physical demands of the job: will require repetitive use of hands, some bending, lifting, twisting, turning, and standing for long periods of time
• Must have excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have experience working under strict deadlines in a production-oriented environment.
• Must have ability to stay until work is completed and work overtime as needed.
