We need someone who can:

• Build and operate SaaS platforms using the Microsoft technology stack with modern services-based architectures
• Excellent programming skills and ability to build robust application using MS .Net full stack technology suite
• Coordinate releases with Quality Assurance Team and implement TFS workflows and better source code integration
• Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives
• Provide technical problem solving and deep solution expertise to the customer and Development teams
• Provide technical leadership, and guidance for team members
• Configure and/or program Avaya Phone System Software and application integration between .NET with Avaya Systems
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or relevant field experience
• Minimum of 7 years experience in building enterprise scale windows and web application using Microsoft .NET technologies, C# and SQL
• Experience in ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Web API
• Knowledge of JavaScript based UI framework such as Angular 2.0 or React
• Knowledge on design patterns and unit testing frameworks
• Experience with Agile application development
• SQL server performance tuning (SQL Server 2014/2016) and troubleshooting
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

• Experience working with phone systems like Avaya, Genesys and Cisco
• Experience with Avaya Phone System APIs and administration
• Experience with developing IVRs using Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat
• Familiarity with Text-to-Speech and Speech Recognition systems (Nuance preferred)
• Familiarity with basic Telecommunications concepts
