Executes all aspects of mid-range in size and budget construction projects, refresh, retrofits, from planning to implementation to completion.

Approves concept designs, deliver project schedule assign and allocate resources. Manages small internal staff, hiring, mentoring, training and evaluating.

Hires and manages contractors, architects, engineers and interface with inspectors, ITS, Facility and Property Managers.

Creates and monitors budget and obtain approvals, track expenses, and document all phases of projects.

Manages RFI's, submittals and change orders.

Interconnects with business units, managers, ITS, Telcom, Sr Management, presenting all phases of the project(s)
