We need someone who can:

As a Senior IT Manager for Conduent Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) team you will be providing strategic support to the IT Director of the PBM portfolio and technical support to the Development team. Depending on your background and experience you would be aligned with the PLAN function and/or BUILD function of the PBM organization:

PLAN team - Is responsible for managing and delivering Product Development based on Product/Technology Roadmap and providing supporting analysis of RFPs to identify product gaps and creating product backlogs. Supporting this team will require intensive PBM Domain experience (including good understanding of NCPDP Standards, First Data Bank nomenclature, Pharmacy Claims adjudication) and deep technical expertise in Java related technology primarily (especially Point of Sale and Cloud technologies, including AKS and Microsoft Azure cloud solution offerings)

BUILD team is responsible for Implementing PBM solutions for Conduent customers. Supporting this team will require prior experience as a Implementation or Delivery manager delivering large projects with team size of over 30 and with budgets ranging from $4 to $12 million.

You will be responsible for building and rolling Technical Architecture standards (primarily Java related) and processes to help set the stage for building a process centric and results oriented culture helping the company's long-term growth. You will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company's overall objectives. You'll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experience
• Experience and understanding of large-scale Software development and deployments in enterprise-wide environments required
• Minimum of 10 Years of software development experience in Java technologies (J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, React, Angular), coding highly optimized SQL, AKS, Kafka, Microservices, JBOSS EAP, SSO (SAML/OpenAuth).
• Minimum 1 years of relevant Azure solution offerings related to ETL and Azure DevOps
• Minimum of 3 years of experience on micro services architecture and cloud design patterns
• PBM Domain expertise (including NCPDP standards, First Data Bank (FDB) drug nomenclature

Preferred Qualifications For Consideration:

• Experience on NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB) nice to have
• Experience in CI/CD Pipeline using Azure DevOps
• Agile process experience
• Certifications in Azure or AWS is highly desirable
• Experience on Docker Containers
