CONDUSTRIAL is Hiring a Recruiter - Will Train! Near Charlotte, NC
Your specific duties in this role will include:
- Posting ads on recruiting sites to recruit top talent.
- Call and schedule candidates.
- Complete drug screens, background checks, and interviews.
- Work closely with Sales reps to understand each client’s specific needs.
- Make sure new hires complete company safety orientations.
- Issue safety training card and PPE.
- Dispatch each new employee to job sites and coordinate with a sales rep for the first-day introduction.
- Weekly payroll entry
- Must combine a positive and engaging personality with a strong and reliable work ethic.
- Previous construction staffing experience is a HUGE PLUS!
- Must be a team player
- Must be a self-starter and know how to anticipate head recruiter's needs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and be able to keep up the pace.
- You should be organized and detailed orientated with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Must display excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with customers, temporary workers, and management.
- Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Word and Excel,
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a HUGE PLUS!!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must.
- Construction staffing experience preferred but not necessary
- Health Insurance after 90 days.
