Position Summary:

Provides?direct?day-to-day care of patients and families.??Practices to the fullest extent of his/her license?in accordance with?organizational policies.??Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the?patients?plan of care.??Provides?population?specific?care?to meet?the?developmental needs?of those patients we serve.?The nurse, in conjunction with the Nurse Manager, participates in performance excellence?initiatives that?are focused on improving patient care and outcomes.??

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited?School of Nursing,?College?or University

• Graduate Nurse Summary completed by?School?of?Nursing?or?College Nursing Department.

• Current?PA RN license that is active and in good standing

• One-year acute care experience or other comparable nursing experience preferred

• Basic dysrhythmia preferred
