Role: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (FTE)
Start: ASAP
Position type: Full time employment
Location: Nashville, TN
Budgeted/Approved (Y/N): Yes
Remote (Y/N): NO On site 2 days a week minimum
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Business reason: Our Client needs an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to come in and enhance and support their SuccessFactors system long term, they recently lost their FTE in this position.
Environment: SuccessFactors with Employee central, RBP, LMS, Onboarding, Recruiting, PMGM. Snowflake and PowerBI
Team: Candidate will work as a sole contributor but will work on a team and have access to appropriate resources
Tasks:

  • Come in and assess their current system and processes
  • Present as is-to be findings to stakeholders and executives
  • Provide, document and roll out new best practices and procedures
  • Enhance and configure Role Based permissions
  • Enhance and configure Employee central and other subsequential modules of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Integrate and set up reporting capabilities for non SAP systems like Power BI and Snowflake
  • Lead the design of their variable pay system
  • Stay compliant in the client processes already in place for legalities and more

Must Have:

  • Understanding of best practices and procedures of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ability to assess current systems and document/present best practices
  • Experience enhancing and configuring Role Based Permissions
  • Experience building integrations with SuccessFactors to non SAP systems

Nice to have:

  • Ability to make their onboarding more seamless within SAP

Soft skills:

  • Must be comfortable presenting and working with business owners and executives
  • Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills written/verbal
  • Comfortable leading processes and at times, teams
