General Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The QA Technician is responsible for conducting production inspections based on industry standards, creating product release documentation, and communicating product non-conformities to Production and the QA Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work in process products per Engineering procedure and work instructions.
• Promptly respond to production floor quality issues and take appropriate actions, where applicable.
• Support quality department on improvement of quality through analyzing non-conformance and performing root cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and execution of quality processes.
• Support quality management in other areas including quality data entry, report generation, and product release.
• Suggest improvements that lead to improved efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation of improved processes to the production floor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in wire harness production, Aerospace manufacturing, and ability to pass a basic skills test.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
• Strong technical skills and aptitude; able to solder, use crimpers, and testing equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.82 - $25.08 per hour
